Pickups

Fridays the pick up window is from 4.30pm to 8pm

 

Saturdays 10.30am-1pm and Sundays 11am-1pm

Monday to Thursday we will confirm the pick up time during the confirmation process,

Please be sure to specify the 30 minute window when you would like to pick up. We will reserve this time for you.

Ordering 

When ordering please provide us with the following details:

 

- Your name, email and phone number

- What day you will need your order

- What time you want to pick up 

- Any ideas regarding design and flavor

- Quantity/size

Once we receive your email we will contact you to discuss your request and provide you with an estimate for your order.  Full payment will be required within 24 hours once the order has been confirmed to secure your order. Payment details and pick up information will be sent once the order is finalized.

Please note that we do our best to accommodate as many cakes as possible but all our work is custom, which means we usually book up at least 4 weeks in advance.
